Lisa came from the banking industry into the trucking industry in 1999 taking a position in the Personnel/Safety department. She then worked for a small, local trucking company dispatching a fleet of approximately 12 trucks and also ran the office while the owners were out on the road. In July 2005 she became an independent agent for a large brokerage firm. In February of 2009, her and Wade A. Larson started Sokota Logistics, Inc.  Along with operating/managing Sokota Logistics Inc, Lisa took on dispatching several of Wade’s personal trucks from his fleet for approximately 2 years.  She now focuses her attention solely on Sokota Logistics, Inc..
